    The care I get at Aspen Dental is usually fantastic, but that's when I actually get care. Every time I've gone here, I've had to wait about twenty minutes, which isn't bad considering I know they can't see many patients at a time. However that's exactly why they shouldn't take as many appointments as they do.
    My last visit, only a few days ago, I spent about two hours in the building. I checked my watch frequently, and realized that I had been in the waiting room for 110 minutes during my entire visit. I was told I had to wait in the waiting room during my cleaning multiple times, and I was not even given a cleaning. I was then roped into agreeing to a deep cleaning, for which I have to pay a fair amount of money out of pocket because apparently my insurance won't cover it. I felt too guilty and embarrassed to say no, the hygienist was very aggressive about it.
